("the Company," "we," "us"), Wanhua Road 439, 1-PL, Panlong District, Kunming, Yunnan, China, and the general conditions of the wholesale trading services we provide. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes — describing our bays, categories, and how to reach the desk. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, price list, or contract. An order is formed only by a confirmed pro forma invoice or signed purchase agreement.

2. Wholesale Services

All goods are sold on wholesale terms to merchants, retailers, and trade buyers — not to retail consumers. Sales are governed by the pro forma invoice or purchase agreement, which specifies item, spec or grade, quantity, price, packing, and delivery terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the agreement controls.

2.1 Lot Specification

Quotes state item, grade, count, condition, and minimum order quantity. The buyer is responsible for confirming the spec before order confirmation.

2.2 Regulated Goods

Sporting firearms, ammunition, fireworks, scrap materials, and other regulated goods are sold only to buyers holding the licenses each category requires. The buyer is responsible for confirming eligibility and providing verification documents before order confirmation.

2.3 Manifest and Acceptance

Every dispatch carries a manifest — item, count, and weight. Claims for shortage, damage, or non-conformity must be made within the period stated in the pro forma.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payment terms are stated in the pro forma invoice — deposit, balance, and method. Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, or other Incoterms) are specified per order. Title and risk pass per the agreed Incoterm.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for internal business use only.

5. Acceptable Use of This Website

Liability for goods is governed by the applicable purchase agreement.
